By accessing or using the Bagster platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including carriers, businesses, and visitors.
Description of Services
Bagster provides a logistics platform that connects carriers with businesses for cross-continental shipping services. Our services include:
• Carrier-business matching
• Shipment booking and management
• Real-time tracking
• Payment processing
• API access for integrations
We act as an intermediary platform and are not directly responsible for the physical transportation of goods.
User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers using our platform agree to:
• Provide accurate information about routes, capacity, and pricing
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance
• Handle shipments with reasonable care
• Provide timely updates on shipment status
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Carriers are independent contractors and not employees of Bagster.
Business User Responsibilities
Businesses using our platform agree to:
• Provide accurate shipment information
• Ensure packages comply with shipping regulations
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Pay for services in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate contact information for recipients
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from shipping through our platform:
• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons and explosives
• Hazardous materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Live animals
• Perishable items (unless specifically arranged)
• Items prohibited by destination country laws
Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Payments and Fees
• All fees are displayed before booking confirmation
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We may change our fees with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Bagster is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Carriers maintain their own insurance for shipment protection
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Bagster platform are owned by Bagster or our licensors. You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Reverse engineer our software
• Scrape or collect data from our platform
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for:
• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our discretion with reasonable notice
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
